My application has been approved according to the email I got.  Yet, when I go to "My Apps", I still get the new application form.  I still cannot create anything.

Is there anything else I need to do?

 I was not able to create any application.  Then I cannot answer your questions.

I just got my developer account approved and when I  login to http://developer.myspace.com

And I click on My Apps or Build I get the following form which I've alredy done and I got the approved with developer account:

 How do I create my new app?

Try...

1.  Clearing your browsers cache.

2.  Logging back into MySpace with the approved dev account.
