    Hello Johnny,

When you set your record shop name (you did that already) the shop is ready to run in myspace. It takes your myspace Ownerid to display  the shop automatic in your account

I have written a full explanation about setup in www.episonic.com "info" and in my profile page www.myspace.com/episonicrecordshop. There is only one thing you need to do after installing the app in myspace in episonic.com. That is "set record shop name in episonic to your myspace ownername" and then it will work. When you see a shop, you can select "buy now" that adds an item to your cart and you select "cart" to checkout.

What exactly do you see in your profile ? an "empty shop" or the message "waiting" or the message "RRFFDDISO" or an error message ?

Here is a link to see your shop app outside  myspace in a browser window :

    http://www.episonic.com/wadget.php?msid=johnny1&page=1&domain=1

This will display your shop and should be exactly the same in myspace. Please be more specific what you mean about "setup". sorry for bothering you.

You have set your shopname to "johnny1" is this your opensocial.DataRequest.PersonId.OWNER  in myspace ???

my ownername is "villalog" as my myspace url is "www.myspace.com/villalog - so I must have set my shopname to "villalog".

When you install the application for the first time, it should realise that there does not yet exist a shop with your ownername and say "now name you episonic shop to " <ownername>.

Did you see that message ???

Maybe I just write a step by step instruction at this place right away. That is a good point, but <yawn>, I do that tomorrow...

On my MySpace Profile page, I still see the "You must now set your shopname in episonic to Johnny1 and select to run your shop on myspace" message.

To be honest, the user interface on EPICSONIC.COM confuses the heck out of me.  I'm really not sure what I need to do.

I need detailed step by step instruction on how to set a store up.  What you have on http://www.myspace.com/episonicrecordshop does not suffice (for me at least).

    Johnny
