OK. So no one has commented on this.  I (and it looks like a few others) have been denied because of the reason below.  But this is a "recommendation" nor a requirement, and we made an explicit decision to allow people to access the application without forcing them to add it.

Can someone please talk to us, is this a requirement or a recommendation??  Our apps should be accepted as is, and we will definitely evolve the usability towards better and better things (as defined by users), but I see no reason why it should be denied for its current behavior.

 "When a visitor comes to the profile of a user who has your application installed, and then interacts with the application he/she is led to the canvas page. So, instead of having the visitor directed to the canvas page, we recommend that he/she be directed to the add/remove page."

Though I haven't heard from John yet, I had a nice chat with StephanieBamBam over IRC friday..

 the outcome was that this sort of stuff should be allowed, and she asked me to resubmit my apps... I did, and lo-and-behold I get denied this morning for the exact same reason..  so sad.. the reviewers really don't like the Mets I guess.

So I guess I'll wait until I can talk to someone directly.. because reviewers seem to be fickle and unpredictable creatures :) :)

If you notice, we've started to use tags :) We tag "appreview" for john.  When he gets in, he scans the forums for that tag.  I hope you'll be hearing from him soon.
