There is a fix for this currently being worked on and we are also making some much needed revisions to our Flash app work flow.

However, I do not currently know what the ETA on this is. We will let you know as soon as that info is available.

*NOTE: This does only affect live Flash apps. As Rhonda mentioned, you can create another temporary app to test your changes with before submitting your changes for review on your original app.

I ended up doing what Rhonda suggested.  I can't say it was a particularly fun experience - there's a certain amount of finger crossing involved, a lot of dohs!, and it broke parts of my app for a little while. But my updates are live now.  So, my users are happy once again.

Brandon, let me know if there is anything I can do to help you test the new Flash app work flow?  Before the dual pane stuff + this thread got started I think we were all working well together, offering tips and hints to each other. The frustrations just got the better of us.  I know a lot about Flash..  so if you need any help testing anything, just ask.

 Thank you dave, for working with our work around. As brandon said, they're revamping the whole process for flash.  I hope that we get some better answers for you on Monday.

Thank you Dave. We really appreciate the helpful/positive attitude and we really appreciate the patience too.

We are working hard to get all this out to production as soon as possible and hopefully we can make your development tasks a lot easier. That is our goal and I apologize this one has taken so long.

We have a lot of improvements planned for Flash apps in the coming weeks/months that should be a huge help. We will keep you posted.
