Is PostTo supported by any PHP lib?

 Or any API that will let me send messages, emails, post to blogs or profiles? Anything?

I'm looking specifically for ways to send invitations to install my app to people who do not have my app.

There is no external access to the PostTo functionality at this time, not in any of the RESTful API libraries. The only way to do it is client-side, through the OpenSocial library or Actionscript3 library (I believe the AS3 library has been updated with PostTo, at least - I haven't verified it myself).

We're told it's coming along; no ETA. It'll get here when it does. I suspect (and this is just a guess) that the reason for the delay is that PostTo requires UI components not available outside the user-agent libraries. Like I said, though, that's a guess.

well, I have to say it now. in comparison to facebook api, myspace is awsome. I have to make a very little application for both, I did the facebook part in about 2 hours (they have good examples you can use). here I feel like a programming novice, but I'm not :)

Do you have any updates about this? My goal is to send friend invitations from an iframe (PHP code), thus i need some functionality supported by REST API. If not available now, when do you expect it? Other ways to accomplish?
