Cannot create a new app today because the captcha never verifies - just loops.

Can you try again? I had no problem with this. I just created an app.

I am using IE but I was also able to do it on FF

Good. Works now. But I had tried about 10 times before.

It's not letting me create a new application either.  I've tried more than 10 times and it just keeps on looping.  Any ideas on why this might be happening?

 Still having the same issue.. why couldn't I have tried in the 10 minutes it was working?!?
