I still get the message  "This application is currently pending review." in the canvas page from a dev user testing my app.  The app is in an External IFrame and not public yet.  I would like to test this out without having to go public.  I saw other blogs that say to move the canvas page into an html <iframe> then pass the credentials and then after testing move back to the external iframe but I did not want to have to do this if possible.  Is there any other way?
