Silverlight.js - the released Silverlight 1.0 JavaScript file from Microsoft. With it and XAML in a script tag you can run Silverlight 1.0 in an OS app.

AC_RunActiveContent.js - from Flash.  This is the standard JavaScript to animate and run a SWF in a web page.

 Please post if you have anything outside this list, we'd hate to roll all these client libs then hear that someone is missing something!

 Well,, if you have jquery.. then including either JqueryUI or Interface might be a good idea. 

Is the silverlight 1.1 alpha stuff in library for yet?  I know the plugin can be downloaded.. which is *far* cooler than 1.0 :)

Oh.. and of course.. obvious one Max (just for clarity).

Will these be available on home/profile, or just the canvas .. (that whole "external linking" issue)....

Since they'd be .. well.. "psuedo-external" hah.

From the App Guidelines:

[Apps cannot] contain or create SCRIPT tags pointing to external sources except those that are explicitly allowed;

I think that these are going to be the ones that are "expicitly allowed". Which, by the way, pretty much nullifies the advantages of using Silverlight 1.1 over 1.0: most of the features added to 1.1 stem from the ability to use .NET languages to access the .NET BCL, but that would require including your own external DLL, which obviously isn't going to be explicitly allowed.

 I've just gotten in the habit of getting multiple Myspace people to say things in conjunction before I assume anything I read in the ToS or app guidelines is valid.

It is due to insane #'s of hours of rewriting code due to above hah.

That is an interesting point about 1.1... I saw only a demo a coworker did.. that impressed me endlessly.. but I did not delve deeply in the "how"

Sorry to jump the gun on you then, but I figured Max's official response was going to be that he works on the Container team, and has absolutely no say over what gets through the reviews. Also, I take back half of what I said about 1.1 - I spent a few hours playing around with 1.0 and had forgotten how parsed down the XAML set was. Still, the coolest part of 1.1 was the .NET CLR. But it's still irrelevant, as it seems that Microsoft has dropped 1.1 in favor of 2.0, which is still in early beta.

I suppose I should contribute something to this thread. Errr... How about Yahoo Pipes support ('pipes-pure.js' as jQuery is already up there).

Is there any reference available for including these.  I use mootools extensively in my web development and it would be great if we could start using this immediately.

This thread needs a "bump" because I think this is a very valuable feature. So, which libraries are going to be available? All of the ones mentioned in the first post? Also, any ETA?

 I would really like to see jQuery (or even prototype) supported ASAP... Any chance this will happen soon?

Any word on this? I would like to get google analytics on my app.
