MySpace integration with TweetDeck Goes Live

We are excited to announce a MySpaceID integration with TweetDeck, a personal browser for staying in touch with what’s happening now, connecting you with your friends on MySpace and other social networks – all in one place.

The MySpaceID integration with TweetDeck lets you stay in touch with everything that's happening on MySpace sorted with columns for status and moods, comments on your profile and your friends' activity stream, including playlists, photos, events, videos, apps and more. You can receive notifications to make sure you don’t miss a thing.

With this integration you can keep your finger on the pulse of MySpace in TweetDeck as well as:
•      Update your status and mood from TweetDeck.
•      Stay in touch and see your Friends’ Status and Mood easily.
•      View photos, events, videos and more in Friends’ Activity Stream column.
•      Preview MySpace photos and albums.
•      Keep an eye on your profile with the ‘My Comments’ column.

Let us know what you think of this integration and happy connecting! For more information and to download it for free, visit www.myspace.com/tweetdeck  and http://tweetdeck.com.

So far, so good.   Just downloaded it and it's a great applicaton!    It would be nice to add multiple myspace accounts, however, as some have a business and a personal.

Why do you guys think a band page would want to be forced to use a Twitter like interface? When I pen my home page I don't want to know what everyone just ate. I want to see bulletins and such.

Events are now next to impossible. It used to be easy to set an event and then when the same event repeated weekly just change the date every week and republish. Now it's impossible. Option has been removed. So I don't use it.

In place of spending all this money on stupid, unwanted upgrades why not just spend the money Facebook did to get their product mentioned in every TV show everytime you turn around.

Why do you want to copy Facebook and become another Twitter.

Wasn't Myspace started for bands and entertainers? Not 14 year olds that want to tell you every time they scratch their butt?
